iHelmet Laser Hair Growth System devices comes with a manufacturer’s warranty which starts on the date of purchase. Warranty covers device defects, but not wear and tear or accidents.

IHELMET PROFESSIONAL WARRANTY

As of 1/1/2022, the iHelmet Professional standard manufacturing warranty was updated from 1-year to 2-year.

The iHelmet Professional includes a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available for purchase to double your coverage for a total of 4 years. Must be purchased at the same time as the device to be valid.

IHELMET ESSENTIAL WARRANTY

The iHelmet Essential includes a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available for purchase to triple your coverage for a total of 3 years. Must be purchased at the same time as the device to be valid.
